A long train heads west at the top center. At the lower left is a portrait of Phillip E. Thomas, first president of the B & O Railroad. A small seal is at the right. Full red lace tint with FIVE outlined in white and deep red counter at upper left. This well-framed note is on superb paper. A gorgeous example. Ex: Eric P. Romantic Cupid canoodles at the top left in an ornate "V." Sculpted left corners show "5" counters. General Zachary Taylor is at lower right.
