Washington, DC - Bullion Bank $2 July 4, 1862 DC-170 G22a. Remainder. PCGS Gem New 65PPQ. This has always been a collector favorite due to the title, face color and ornate green back. The face has a deep orange frame and guilloche. At the top center of this Union Bank Note Co. type is a demure girl's portrait. The green back has TWO DOLLARS overlaid on a repeating pattern.
