- Vignettes. A Collection of Vignettes 1858. Title page cited. A short collection of 78 engraved vignettes compiled by various sources, not all of them American, and bound using an exquisite but completely unrelated binding for a book on the Royal Military Asylum. Unknown compiler. Handmade bordered title page; 23 leaves, on 22 of which are glued engraved vignettes, generally three to a page. Clearly not a professional compilation, but quite charming.
