The main auction houses are illustrated with a brief description along with summary information for each auction house. The minor auction houses are listed with summary information also. Also included is information on each auction (0ver 3,000) including date, auction title, number of scripophily lots offered, number of scripophily lots sold, buyer’s premium and the auction total in both the local currency and US dollars. A portion of the research behind this work was funded by the Eric P. Newman Numismatic Education Society.
