Early Paper Money of America (NNP Edition)|

£45,000 as the Eleventh War Issue of Bills of Credit was authorized by the March 25, 1760 Act to be legal tender until Nov. 1, 1773 and invalid after May 1, 1774. The weight equivalent in silver is the same as provided for prior issues. See July 2, 1746 issue for denominational symbols. The faces of 30s and over are in red and black. The faces of the other denominations and all backs are in black. Printed by James Parker. Signers were Hugh Hartshorne, A. Johnston, Samuel Nevill, Daniel Smith, Jr., Samuel Smith, and John Smyth.
