Similar to the prior issues but with the Arms on the left, no left border, and with the position and abbreviation for the number changed again. Printed by James Parker. Blank dark coarse paper backs. Signers were David Clarkson, James DePeyster, Gabriel Ludlow, and Abraham Lynsen.
