Early Paper Money of America (NNP Edition)|

£6,000 in Bills were issued for the Cape Henlopen Lighthouse, buoys and piers, pursuant to the Mar. 18, 1775 Act, in the same style as the Mar. 20, 1773 issue. See August 10, 1739 issue for spelling and type style variations. Printed by Hall & Sellers on paper containing blue thread and mica flakes. Signers were Samuel Coates, Ezekiel Edwards, Richard Vaux, Charles Wharton, James Wharton, and William Wishart, with three signers with one usually signing with red ink. Numbering usually in red ink.
