Castruccino Publique Deposited
A silver coin of Lucca which receives its name from Castruccio Castrueci (1316-1328). It has a crowned bust portrait figure holding a sceptre, and on the reverse the inscription IMPERIALIS, with LVCA in the exergue. Its value was equal to the mezzo Grosso.
