American Journal of Numismatics (Series One) Added to NNP

The American Journal of Numismatics (first series) was published from 1866 to 1924, in 53 volumes, by the American Numismatic Society (originally the American Numismatic and Archaeological Society).  This preceded the American Numismatic Association journal, The Numismatist, by 22 years, and it is for this period especially that the AJN offers the best coverage of the American numismatic scene.  The Newman Portal has added the complete run of the AJN, accessible via our periodical section in the library.
