Indented typeset Certificate, being the only issue printed in red and black with the denomination only in black. This was only issue payable in "Gold or Silver", similar to (1776) Undated issue with four engraved military items in black. These were apparently part of the following issue of Undated Certificates. The signers were Benjamin Andrew, William Ewen, Jonathan B. Girardeau, William Goodgion, William LeConte, John Martin, William O'Bryen, Quintin Pooler, Robert Rae, Samuel Saltus, and John Wereat. There were five signers on each certificate.
