£1,000 in Lawful Money pursuant to the Feb. 1766 Act was to be issued if the amount could not be borrowed. Only £659 6s83/4d was emitted and made due without interest on Mar. 1, 1768. The same style as the Feb. 27, 1756 issue was used. Signers were Metcalfe Bowler, Thomas Freebody, and John Jepson.
