£15,000 in New Tenor Bills of Credit issued pursuant to the Oct. 1744 Act to exchange for £1000 in torn bills and for Colony obligations. The same face plates as the prior issue with Oct. 11, 1744 added without changing the other dates. The latest date was also included in typeset text on the back. Printed by Timothy Green. These bills used the same signers as on prior issue.
