I'm not familiar with the coin that Clem is talking about, but when looking
at Maris, Nagy, and Crosby plates, remember that these plates are photos of
electrotype shells. I know that some of the plate coins (at least in
Crosby) were holed but that's not obvious from looking at the plate.
