Mike,
The group was formed as a direct result of a decision made at the EAC 2000
C4 meeting to create a CLUB EMAIL LIST, the details of which are in the
message archive.
No one is telling anyone who can associate with who. All C4 members will
have a CHOICE of which email address to send their posts, one address will
be public and one private (club only). All this belly aching is because a
few don't want the others to have a CHOICE, they apparently want the choice
to be theirs, and theirs alone.
