    For Stan Stephens:

    The reference to the 10 Portugaloser is to David Samuel Madai,
    "Vollstandiges Thaler-Cabinet", 1765-1767 (1969 Humanitas
    reprint), No. 5985 (silver, but it has been sold in gold, too).
    The 1675-1700 Psalmenpfennige of Brugg can be seen in Bank Leu's
    May 13, 1987 auction sale catalogue in lots 1353 and 1355.
