Once again it appears that the laws pertaining to counterfeit coinage =
have been misinterpreted, this time by ebay. The key word in this =
statute is "fraudulently."
If an item is presented as a counterfeit, there is no fraud. Its as =
simple as that.
I've argued this point in great detail before, but if you'd like to pass =
this info along to ebay, Jeff, I will be happy to expound upon it for =
them.
