    Hi Craig!
    I think you're right about the 3-B. The feature that's throwing me off
    is the ray pointing between the O & V of NOVA - it doesn't match with the
    plates I just got from Tony Carlotta. If there were reengraving or die
    deterioration at that point - I think you're right though (wish it were a
    4-C). Good to see you at the convention.
