    I purchased a 1775 c/feit George III ha'penny from Wall Street Rarities. It
    was described as "off metal". They omitted to mention it was holed but I
    could see the hole in the photo. Anyway, it was priced at $100.00 so I
    bought it. Guess what? It had been silver plated!
    I kept it....
