    Dan,

    I also could not receive your scan, my computer saying document not
    found. However your having posted it at the alternate spot was smart.
    Anyway I agree with Clem that it is a high quality counterfeit. If you
    compare the "E's" on the obverse legends you can make your hypothesis.
