Hey Bijan,
When I came home from college for winter vacation, I brought home a huge box for my coins, and that set off the metal detector and security went crazy. But now I'm home for spring break and I just brought a coin wallet home with me. No problems there. Generally there's no problem bringing coins, except if it sets off the metal detector, they will pull you aside and ask you to open up the box, and will look at what's inside your envelopes. Usually they'll have a few questions, not about security concerns, but "What is this coin?", "Where is it from?", "Do you work for a museum?" etc. etc. That's about it. :)
