    Hi All,

In order to straighten out any confusion you will find in the body of this
post my email to KGB150 asking why my payment to paypal would not go through
and on the next day Bob Bednarski's reply that the coin was stolen and he
would contact me if recovered. Black and white folks and courtesy on modern
day technology. My understanding of the ebay rules is that the high bidder
and the seller are in a contract and based on that I have filed my case with
the Police that the coin stolen is my property which raises an interesting
dilema and the way this will all end up is that the district attorney will
have to prosecute this case in court and all three parties (Bob Bednarski
(KGB150), Bruce Miller (spice363) and George Sullivan(Sulpaco) in order to
present ther testimony or plead the 5th. Either way folks I am not going to
let this go and I have already made the appropiate offices that there is
nothing to settle and that I want to see this in court where a judge can
either throw it out or continue with a trial.

I am no angel by any stretch of the imagination but certain values are I hold
very true and dear to me, so when it comes to this threesome I am going to
pursue the truth and let it fall where it lands. Below find the original
    emails.
