Both my bottles of CARE, which came from the same carton, say "THE
ENGINEERED COIN CONDITIONER- PRESERVATIVE" as the top two lines and has the
warning "Avoid excessive inhalation of vapors." "Keep out of reach of
children", etc. Dark red print on a gold label, distributed by the same
company. My four remaining bottles of Blue Ribbon were distributed by the
Harco Co of Chicago, IL, 60657 but does not say who made it. It does carry
the warning:: " MANUFACTURED WITH CFC-113, A SUBSTANCE THAT HARMS PUBLIC
HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT BY DESTROYING OZONE IN UPPER ATMOSPHERE"
