Well.....we have touched on this topic with regards to Care, and Blue Ribbon.

I'm curious to know how many people "xylol," their coins, etc. How many brush
them? How do you store them?

I store my really high grade, nice, coppers in poly bag's, then put the bags in
a liner (for protection), and then a coin envelope. The others are the same
except without the poly bags. I dry brush some of my coins once every six
months, and I check them all every 6 months. I also keep my safe deposit box as
dry as possible (perhaps I am at the extreme, but I seal the edges with rope
wax and keep silica gel inside). Also, I xylol almost every coin I get that I
think has been over-handled (e.g. coins from auctions that allow you to handle
them), or coins with active verdigris or other dirt or crud on them. As a long
term collector of colonial coppers, I am more concerned with the preservation
of these beauty's. I believe that the right coins can be better preserved with
    a little attention.

    Thoughts???? Opinions??? Advise????

    Peace,

    Bijan
