    Ray:
    Regarding the creation of electronic files re: presenters text, handouts, e=
    tc, I have an idea that you probably would have reached down the road-
    1.All material should be sent using Word ( yes there are other programs out=
    there)
    2. Leo should create folders-maybe by topic (Vts, NJs, etc.)
    3. At the end of the year, you should burn them on a CD. The CD is easy to =
    store and keep.
    4. Select the best articles or all of them and sell a CD to the members. Le=
    t's say $10. We make money and the members will have access to the informat=
    ion.=20
    5. If you really want to be creative, raise the dues to $25 and mail the CD=
    to all members as a fringe benefit. This would be a first for a club (I th=
    ink). If you don't like this idea, read on.
    6. The sale stops at the end of the next year and the CD is retired to the =
    Library and can be ordered just like a book. i.e the material donated this =
    year will appear in the year 2003 and CAN'T be ordered as of 1/1/04. I don'=
    t think we want to get overburdened with this.
    7. Maybe the more creative of us can design a CD label.
    Roy
