Good observations Michael. The weight standard was discussed as being
presented as part of the Coin Galleries lot descrption. Shortly after
Anton received the piece it was revaluated and the remnants of the
large cent are of a middle date large cent and not of a 1793-early
1796 type. The weight of this hub trial piece places it there but not
the remnants of the large cent (the obverse matron head and the
reverse lettering and motifs). Heritage received the pictures on a
floppy as JPEG images don't travel well by E-Mail. The photos were
put on by Heritage. You are correct of course that we have two
obverse images together of the hub trial and set-up piece and two
reverses together of the two coins. The oversized coin in the article
is the association piece I describe. Earliest die state seen on a
Mott. Ex;Henry Chapman-Bullowa piece. What do you expect from a 20-
something Heritage administrative assitant posting the article and
the four photos from a floppy. I would of couse have put a
description below each of the photos if it could have been sent in
one entire package.
The people that need to confirm this example like yourself can make
this distinaction of course in about 5 seconds when viewing the four
photos placed as such in the article. How many stars-
