    e-bay police itself, come on David. Apparently spice363, sulpaco and
    kgb150 never discovered this option as they seem to still be up to
    their old tricks - sulpaco being the winner on four offerings by kgb,
    and spice363 being the winner on four offerings by sulpaco and, of
    course, kgb still using his aliases, coin-2002 and worthycoin, to bid
    on his own lots, i.e. 1347909775. An awful lot of activety for coins
    that probably never change hands. The guy that Ray mentions is also
    from MA also, so...
    OK, just being from MA is stretching it a bit, but still I wonder. I
    guess you could say the same about sellers from NJ or any other state
    for that matter.
    Some people just don't mind being obvious about it, and eBay doesn't
    care as long as they're getting the sale commissions.
    Funny, the grading services seem to have the same attitude.
