    Another consideration is naming conventions.

    Many people use for example 7602 which indicates coin
    is 1776 and is their 2nd one. This works great if you
    don't share it with anybody.
    And as long as you place it in the correct folder.
    God forbid you stuck it it Silver Dollars which would
    then mean 1876.

    There are many styles, but I like the type that a
    friend suggested. Makes sure everybody knows what the
    coin is.

    Example: As below.

    From the naming aspect there is no doubt about what
    when or where.

    Full date, attribution, and reverse obverse
    designation. Ignore the last five numbers. They are
    inventory numbers.

    If you sent a composite pic it would be 1787 Ct Miller
    33.2-Z.12 Comp 25165.jpg. Again ignore the last five
    numbers.
