Good point. I suppose at the other extreme it someday could be over
zealously enforced and then all of my counterfeit halfpence would be
confiscated, along with anything else the Feds fail to understand or
appreciate. I think the law could be much more specific, in many
respects, closing many of the loopholes that exist or language that
might be misinterpreted.
