    Hi Leo!
It's not difficult to be one step ahead of me and I'm glad you are.
It's difficult to try to think of everything and to notice all that's
posted. It's difficult to think of everyone's point of view too. I think I
unintentionally offended a friend through omission in a certain area and
just found out this week. PLEASE, I would greatly appreciate any emails
with opinions, warnings, advice, "I'm willing", "I know who would be
good...", and the like. Email me privately and if you ask something to be
kept in confidence, it will. BUT information and YOUR help is what I need
to run C4 to the best of my ability. I guess that really should have been
on the C4 site, but it was an extended reply to Leo. It is my goal that
when I leave office, that C4 will have improved in some way by me being
there AND that I will have made no enemies in the process. You can't please
everyone, but that's my goal anyway...

    Ray W.
