Ray, I wouldn't think there would be restrictions, at WVU where I am, all dissertations published here are put online for public consumption. The logistics are another matter but certainly we could work it out. We have a good bit of crossover between C4, CTCC, and EAC. I think John was right when he said CTCC would have an interest in this document. From a club's perspective maybe more than C4. Stan
