Hi Tom! I know it's a big favor to ask but while in England, would you have enough time to look through these papers and make a determination as to their value for being in the C4 Library? That would at least give us a better shot at knowing the value of the material. We can't always go by titles and indexes... Such is the case with respect to the "Colonial" section of Walter Breen's "Complete" Encyclopedia of US and Colonial Coins. It's not "complete" nor an encyclopedia, just a general reference. Not meaning to "Breen bash" which has become popular this past decade, he did a lot for ths hobby numismatically but had a terrible personal life. Nuff said.
