    Hi Mike!
Thanks for the update on the overstrike. Cyberspace is a great medium
to quickly share information. I just hope that no one is "stuck" for a lot
of $ because of it. I know it's probably too early, but are there any clues
which might lead to where it was manufactured or when?
Crosby plates some colonial counterfeits in his classic work and some
look very deceptive. A book plating all the known counterfeits in the "Red
Book Colonial Type" series would find a welcome spot in my library! I think
Kenny did a book on the topic but with all the counterfeits showing up on
ebay, we could use a new reference. Anyone up to the task?

Thanks again for the update Mike!
    Ray W
