Hey Gord,
Well I suppose this image makes my claims look pretty weak, but it's the
best I could get with a scanner. I had to way over lighten to show the
detail I did. There is considerably more detail on the bust and a bit more
on the nose, as well as on the reverse, especially at the spray and below
that arm. All that "stuff" that looks like dirt, is dirt. I've got some Blue
Ribbon on it trying to soften it up.
In "the brass" the coin appears quite choice, and I'm happy with it anyway.
But it is a 17, right?
