    Dan,

Just as well that no one purchased this used XRF unit because getting license
for this is no easy task plus transporting between states is a nightmare.
I've been through this with Niton corp. and if XRF testing were to prove of
some use than the best path would be rentals that way the latest equipment
and technology would be used plus all training and authorizations would be in
place but the testing would again have to be located with-in one state. For
example you could not use the unit in Boston for a few days then transport it
to New Jersey for a few days without a great deal of paperwork. Niton Corp
is already set up obviously for any state in the country that is why Renting
would be the only choice as I can see but still there is going to be that
huge questions of whether or not this will provide us with any concrete data
    that can be used.

    Ray T.
