I catalogued the Norweb piece "for the record", so to speak. I
told QDB I thought it was important to record the piece, even
though it was from known phony dies (described earlier by EPN),
because it was in gold. QDB decided to include it in the
catalogue and the family agreed to donate it to the ANS.
The piece that was in the 1976 ANA sale has a very long pedigree,
as you probably know. It's the only genuine gold one known.
