One further thought, March 1984 was the Bareford sale so the piece
you have should be the one plated in Bareford. Accordingly, it should
be easily verifiable from the Bareford plate. The weight in Bareford
is 119.7 grains and it does indeed have the typical striking weakness
on the obverse from 7:00 to 11:00 in this case. The reverse also
shows some striking weakness on PLU of PLURIBUS.
