Hi All:
I just talked to the dealer who sold the counterfeit Pine Tree 3
pence to me (a C4 and EAC member, by the way!). He immediately
offered a full refund on it, which I will take him up on. I told him
of the e-group's suspicions that it may have been made by "Mario" of
ebay fame. He said he couldn't be sure on that -- he purchased it
from an Irish dealer at a show. He was very gracious and apologetic
about the whole thing.
So -- that's that. Thought you would all like to know.
Rgds,
Dave W.
