Ray, I am management. Problem is as the economy tanked about 10 years or so ago, I found out that my bookkeeper had embezzled about $250,000. I never got even 1/5 of it back. Things started to go wrong, and I went from 20 employees to one. So I am the CEO, Estimator, Foreman, worker, and toilet cleaner. Oh well. In fact, if I had anybody working for me today, I would have sent them home, I would not ever have asked them to do what I did today, as it is essentially dangerous, working with 480V in any precipitation, if you don't have to. I had made a promise to a customer, and I fulfilled it, much to his surprise. David
