A friend has a pretty nice (VF) 13-88CT Machins that is either a flip-over
double strike or struck over a(n imitation) british half penny. Can anyone
tell me what 13-88CT's have recently brought at auction and if there is any
general rule of thumb on percentage premiums for double strikes or
overstrikes for colonial coins? Thanks Mike Packard - 2002-12-21
