    Hi, your friend's coin sounds very interesting. I think 13-88CT may
    be tougher than the rarity rating given and I haven't seen any up for
    auction lately ,although there are those who would know more about
    this than myself. I'm not sure there is any set rule for struck overs
    or FOd/s's but if its dramatic, it would probably double the
    value.Any chance you could post an image.
    For what its worth, I know a guy that paid $800.00 for a so-so
    example, but he gets goofy when it comes to Machins.It took over a
    year for him to find one.
