A very fair point. Yes, I guess this is a necessary first step before
doing anything impetuous. Don't suppose you've got a contact
number/email for them? I'm in the UK and haven't got handy access to
a US phone book (and have never been able to find a useable email
address for any eBay admin, though I have had occasional cause to
look for one in the past.)
email's preferable - I can hardly read that huge spiel out over the
phone!
