    I think the common trend of thought on the draped busts is that they were
    struck around 1820. I believe that what is considered a "restrike" was made
    from "reworked" dies and struck around 1860. These restrikes had an
    engrailed edge, while the originals had a plain edge. I think I got this
    right - someone please comment if I'm wrong...
