Tom Kays had written an excellent article in CNL about the coins in the "Tobacco Colonies". The 31 page research article can be read at http://www.amnumsoc.org/cnl/Pistareens.pdf I know of a couple C4 members in the NE that are interested in these type of finds, but I don't know the extent of the information compiled.
