Books like this keep teasing me ...
The report is mainly an in depth enquiry into the mining and=20
manufacture of
copper. Various witnesses were interrogated including Matthew Boulton.
It lists the countries to which the copper was exported including the
'States of America' with tables for quantities and value, for the=20
years
1790 - 1798
After a couple of quick scans I could see no references to the Royal=20
Mint.
