Luster can be seen unbroken over the devices as well as the fields.
(of course flater fields will show the straight line of luster you
are looking for in the "cartwheel". Actually, "perfectly flat"
fields, I do not believe would show any "Luster"....they would be
reflective as hell ala proof...but no "luster" as I understand it.
