    Hi all,
I just responded to a post from Jim Spilman about the C4 Newsletter and my views. These are my thoughts and I welcome any comments on them. I have a need just to make sure that you all are aware that when I post to this group, I'm just giving my personal opinions - just as you all do. Please don't confuse my opinions and posts with that of C4 policy and protocol. If there is something that is officially C4 policy, I will state it as such. I'm very careful about what I state as policy. Please don't confuse policy and my opinions, don't deny me the ability to have fun on this group as the rest of you do. I'm just one of you guys. I don't make many decisions on my own in C4, most are board decisions. Do my opinions always agree with the board? - No. Does the board vote in a majority as I vote - not always.
But so that there is no confusion, I think any further discussions about the C4 Newsletter distribution will be forwarded to the board for consideration. We are just a bunch of unpaid volunteers doing what we can to give the colonial collectors an organization they can be proud of. We are not without fault - but we are with good intentions.
I must get to work. Will check back later today.
    Ray
