It is a Wood 18 and it has been stained with something. I have one or more =
pieces with the flan irregularity. More skill than I have is needed to inte=
rpret the flan irregularity.

Hey all,
I picked this up Sunday too. Notice the planchet irregularity at around K=
10 to K2; it looks a bit like a planchet cutter lip? Maybe this can help to=
determine some of the production methods. Sorry but I haven't had a chance=
to read many of the posts to this egroup lately. Also notice what appears =
to be an improper planchet mixture, part copper and part brass?
