    I picked up a 1941 edition of The Drapier's Letters and other works of=20
    Swift=20
    edited by Davis at the Kansas City public library used book sale last year =
    =20
    for 25 cents. In appendix c pages 187 and 188 there is a report on the
    weight=20=20
    and fineness of Woods Hibernia pieces done by Sir Isaac Newton and two=20
    other=20
    gentlemen. They conclude that the coins are of good weight and fineness, =
    =20
    better in fact than the regal Irish halfpence of Kings, Charles, James, and

    William.=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20
