Jeff, With regards to the 24-FF, aren't you supposed to use your vast knowledge of the Conn. series to MAKE money? In other words, buy as a lesser variety, and then find it's a rarer variety?<bg> David
The funny thing about that coin David is that it was actually plated on my first list -- and the only one who caught it was Rob Retz! He wasn't 100% sure, but he ordered it and called me a few days later and offered to send it back since it was a lot more valuable (at the time the 24-FF was a full R-7); my comment was "you were smarter than me, and you now own a rare coin at a cheap price -- congratulations." As for "vast" knowledge -- I yield the (bourse) floor to people like Dick August, Mike Ringo, Chris Young, Ken Mote and a few others who have found a heck of a lot more unattributed rarities than I ever have. Maybe being on the West Coast isn't such a good thing afterall!
