Hi Roger and all--
I remember selling 2 or 3 of these RPS counterstamps to Bill a few years
ago,=20
back when he was the only one interested in buying VA varieties (at least
the=20
only one I knew of, other than EPN). I plan on visiting Williamsburg in a=20
couple of weeks, I wonder if any examples are in their collection?
